Cops and Karens

Welcome to Cops and Karens, a community-driven neighborhood awareness tool. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. The app is not directed at children or minors.

2. User-Generated Content

All reports, pins, notes, and other content are created by users. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and moderate it within the app.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Harasses, targets, intimidates, stalks, or doxxes any person
• Interferes with law enforcement or emergency services
• Is false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal
• Is objectionable, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexual, violent, or personally identifying
• Violates any applicable laws

3. Moderation and Termination

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content, and to suspend, eject, block, or terminate users who violate these rules, at our sole discretion.

Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users in the app. Reported content may be removed from the feed immediately pending review. We review objectionable-content reports within 24 hours and may remove the content and eject the user who provided offending content.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations

The app and all content are provided “as is.” We do not verify the accuracy of user reports. Use the app at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any report.

5. Obey the Law

You agree to obey all traffic laws, local regulations, and ride or travel responsibly. The app is not intended to help users evade law enforcement or engage in illegal activity.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the app at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
